I wanted to write and thank you for all of the work you have done for Scott, Emma, and me. Having been through a number of years of "traditional" therapy on a range of issues I knew that I "intellectually" understand all of the issues, but still couldn't manage to "dislodge" the negative, painful "feelings". I held in my body. Much to my surprise (I admit, I was skeptical), after only a couple of sessions, a significant shift occurred within me. I physically did not feel the pain the way I had for so many years surrounding the death of my father among other issues.
Both Emma and Scott have had moving experiences is dealing with their issues ... particularly Emma. She is only eight years old and has experienced so much death in her young life ... she had so many feelings and thoughts trapped inside her body and mind and insufficient cognitive skills to deal with all those feelings. Again, a couple of sessions with you allowed her to see, recognize and release those feelings and move on with new understandings of life. I came to Regina with a vague sense that I was missing something, that there were blind spots that prevented me from moving forward with my life and getting better results with my family and with my career. I once read an interview with a very talented musical conductor. When asked about how he was able to lead an orchestra through such complicated and diverse musical scores, he said (paraphrased) "It's not so much about telling each musician: It's time to make a certain sound come from that device you are holding, as it is about just letting the music come through. The Music is there all the time, around us, in us, in each person listening. The score gives me a map to know when and how Music needs to come through each instrument. I am not there so much to lead the orchestra as I am there to show each musician and member of the audience where to look for their experience in Music."
Regina is a conductor with those qualities. Her ability to observe and name qualities of the energy-like connection which exists between us and spirit is empowering. When she names these pieces of our experience, witnessing our journey among these forces, it empowers us to continue and to deepen our own journey. My experience showed me very clearly how my connection, my Being, is an active part of me and the reading gave me a clear sense of how it comes in through my heart. While it would be impossible to put words to the experience, I can say my connection was reflected to me by my emotional body and brought into my consciousness in a palpable way during my session. Time spent with Regina is very special. A sacred space is created where something profound can occur. The inner longings of one's heart become a language that Regina knows and can speak. I have been thinking about Veronica's benefits from your therapy. At first I didn't know what to think because she is such a mystery in everyday life and hard to read. But I have to say that it is a very special thing that she will submit herself to you and be cooperative for such a long time. She needs things in her life that will help to ground her and allow her to function. What ever it is that she is getting from your therapy allows her to be calmer. We have tried different therapies and teachings over the years and have decided that there is no one thing that will be a panacea for her autism. But I have come to the conclusion that your therapy needs to continue to be a part of her program. Besides, she likes you! -Margo

My experience with Regina is unlike any I have had thus far in my life. I am so grateful for her gift and my gifts of healing that she has helped me see. For several years I would find myself in and out of traditional counseling sorting through life's experiences. Most were helpful, but temporary. I eventually found myself on antidepressants and was "dying" inside. A friend recommended Regina. I scheduled an appointment, then cancelled it, then re-scheduled it all in one phone call! After 20 years of therapy and valiant efforts to push through the aftermath of sexual abuse, Regina helped me find my God. This allowed me to forgive God, myself and my abuser. I saw things in a light I had never seen before. Instead of anger and resentment, I have compassion and forgiveness in my heart. Like the temporary reprieves in the past, I kept waiting for those old feelings or patterns to come back, they never have. It has been 16 months since my first visit with her and I have been off anti-depressants for that long. It has been the most profound therapy for me and has helped me in so many aspects of my life. No matter what is happening around me, I know I am being held throughout the day. Held in light and love always. How precious is that! When I am with Regina, I am deep within myself. She is my guide as I begin my own healing. She is an intuitive, profound, special woman with God's voice and God's hands. I feel nothing but safe with her. Regina Farmer and The Urosa Process has helped me and served as a catalyst in making invaluable changes in regard to how I relate and focus my intentions in my life. This process has removed hidden blocks that I was mentally holding in my mind and body. I wanted to let you know that I feel amazing. Yesterday, I wasn't sure what to expect, I knew it would be positive, but had no idea to what lengths. I left there feeling as you do when you first fall in love, but it was just emanating from myself. Today, I still have a smile inside and out. I know that the wall has been torn down and I will strengthen my ability to tap into my true self so that I am living how I am meant to. I wanted to drop you a quick note and say how wonderful I have been feeling. I am not so sad and feel the closeness of Gary. I am learning to be happy and finding more joy than I have in a long while. Thank you for your help in that. I am trying to find some time each day to love myself and explore what feelings and pictures that come into my mind. I am glad to be here and exploring the path I find under my feet. I am looking forward to going on my road trip this next week and spending some time alone to just be! And to do that in some beautiful country. The Earth is so healing. It seems hard to believe that it has been two years (give or take) that I have had the pleasure of having you in my life. I always thought that I had a pretty good handle on what was happening to me on a mind, body, and spirit level. I was naive to think so. With the guidance that you, your guides, my guides and I provide during our sessions, I have learned so much about being a human being living in and with spirit. Your compassion, understanding, and loving nature create a very safe place for me to rediscover who I am and what my purpose is for my current journey. You are one of the most important tools in my proverbial tool belt. The growth and depth of understanding that I have mastered during our tandem work sessions helps to complete me as a person. More importantly, I have a better understanding of the role that others play in my life as well. I have quite literally become a better person. Leaving the old "Michelle" behind to forge ahead and enjoy all that the Great Spirit plans to place on my path now and in the future.
In fact, as you know, the "Old Michelle" was much larger in stature. I used to eat as a way to deal with issues and concerns that I felt plagued me or that I had no control over. I ate myself right into a size 16/18 and was buying tops that were XL and larger. Being able to understand life from a different perspective has allowed me to make time for myself and not feel guilty about it. I'm very happy to report that I'm now a size 4/6. This happened with little, to no effort (I just ask for the wisdom and willpower to continue moving forward on my journey everyday) as I learned to tap into myself and hear what I needed to work on, on a spiritual and cellular level. In total, I've lost approximately 60 pounds and am working to improve my health and spirit daily. However, I have learned that obtaining this success has come from working on one issue at a time and trusting the outcome. Regina, thank you for all that you do! You are an amazing spirit.
